When I first started this path, I wished I had someone to turn to a trusted resource to help make sense of products, ingredients, and how to create a healthier home & lifestyle. This is my drive for creating these calls. Getting informational snippets from Instagram & social media is helpful, but doing a deep dive has so much value to get you started on this journey. The goal is to help you feel confident, and supported as you make changes that matter for your long-term health.
